Alot of people have been asking for an easier "bolt on" gated Turbo.

To go along side my hi mount turbo kits, I will now be offering direct replacement (factory looking) low mount 42mm gated Turbo kits, this kit comes with factory style hard line oil lines, factory intake pipe, intercooler pipe all bolts directly back on, it will be supplied with a new dump pipe as the gated turbo has a different dump flange to the vnt turbo, and it will come with a genuine gm exhaust manifold to suit the 42mm or 44mm turbo. 

This will be a fast spooling kit ideal for Daily drivers and towing!

So basically you unbolt your dump pipe, remove your factory vnt turbo and manifold, bolt the 42mm gated Turbo and manifold on, refit the piping and oil lines, plug off the water feed line (plug supplied) and fit the new dump pipe that bolts directly to your original rear section of exhaust. All the standard heat shields fit back on to the manifold. 

You would be hard pressed to see a different to the original set up unless you went looking hard! 

This kit should be good for around 250-270rwhp (42mm) with supporting mods ie-

+30 nozzles 

Decent intercooler (I can supply)

Good flowing Dump back exhaust

Even in a dead stock car should see around 220-240rwhp (42mm)  on a 2014 or newer depending on tyre size and dyno obviously.

The 2012 2013 typically see around 200-240hp

The 44mm kit will produce more hp at the sacrifice of some low end rpm. Typically the 44mm will spool around 200-300rpm later then the 42mm but carry more top and power and with the correct bolt-on can see upto 280hp, I'd recommend +30 nozzles minimum with this larger turbo but it loves the +50 nozzles.

The 46mm is a build to order kit for those wanting 300hp or more!

Physicaly the turbo uses a stock 2.5 duramax housing with a 42m or 44mm core fitted to it but internally its all new. The reason behind this is the clearance issues from the oil cooler to the turbo intake. But being low mounted you will not see it!  

THIS KIT NEEDS CUSTOM TUNING!

*Gm low mount manifold 

*Coolant line plug kit

*Replacement oil lines

*All nuts, clamps, gaskets needed to complete install
